Bon Odori

The second test of the week, Trigonometry. It kinda made me gone really mad the first time ever, the day before exam that I did not even bother to practice more. I can memorize my formulas well, but just could not put it to use the right way. So I just did a few of the questions and slacked.

As for the next day, I kept convincing myself to not do anymore exercises and just free my mind, until the Maths period. I was totally freaked out. Even it looks quite simple, but I just could not freaking solve it! Sure I did flunk my tests twice in a week, after Physics exam earlier. Just when I was about to lose control, I heard lots of sound around me, discussing how simple the test was. Shit, I teared pieces and pieces of foolscap but the others just used a piece of it! How sacarstic. I kept quiet packing my stuffs and left.

Update: 14/40 for Trigo. Eeeeek.

I went home and prepared for Bon Odori. On the way home, mom kept complaining after I told her that I flunked my test once  again. Complaining that I go out too often, and that starts to neglect my school work. Heck, who does not want to get superb results? Only the top three can enjoy the outings during free time? Duh.

Went to school and I followed the buses to Bon Odori. I did not quite talked on the way, maybe because of the test, or just simply too bored? I am just not in the right mood to talk, while others were talking like machines, non-stop, and some over the other side were waving to the drivers on the road, trying to attract their attention. It is kinda fun, but a no-no for me at that time. All I did was just trying to sleep.

Once we reached there, I was walking all alone till we reach the stadium, and luckily I saw HsinYee standing by the entrance. Lol. We then waited for ZhaiYun together, and then started our food hunt. ;D

The first impression I had upon entering the stadium was like OMG, WTH is this? All I see was a stage at the center of the football field and the tremendous crowd all over. Those guys on the stage were performing some kind of drum performance which I wasn’t even interested in. We then proceeded across the football field to hunt for food! Yummy.

Guess what, the first banner that caught my attention was the Bread Papa’s. I sure miss those creammmmmyy puffs very much! Too bad that we were late, the puffs were sold out and we have to wait for 15 minutes. To our disappointment, we left with a bottle of passion fruit Esprit. RM7 for a bottle.

Next, we thought of eating something cool and bought 2 ice creams, not the ordinary Cornetto or Potong, the Japanese ice cream. Yummy! RM12 for two. The ice creams did took us ‘some effort’ to eat cuz it melted almost instantly. Green tea ice cream with red beans, yumm!

The ice cream did cool a little, but we were just way to hungry to just settle down with that. We bought two bentos next, one beef and another chicken, for RM20. *drools* Kinda expensive. Then we decided that it wasn’t enough still, so we went on hunting for more Japanese delicacies, and settled with two boxes(which was actually only 10 pieces) of fish balls for RM10(I think).  The barbeque stall next to us then stimulated our salivary glands that we just couldn’t resist the pleasing barbeque-tic aroma that passed our nose. Despite the present long queue, we queued up just for the grilled stuffs but ended up with a unagi don. RM10. Not bad still. Then, we passed on Sushi King for Ramen, the superb yum-yum noodles. $7. Opps, I nearly missed out two California rolls for RM12. At last, we went back to where we were at first for a dozen of creamy puffs, RM48 and 2 Espirt, RM14.

RM140

That's 3 hungry human! Eating RM140 worth of yum-yum. :D

Finally, we found the company of guys. They have got something nice too, flavoured ice, or should I say coloured ice? Not one, but 7 different flavours. When everyone got bored of it, we started mixing them up like what Dexter does in his laboratory, and viola, rainbow!

Mix Ice

Initially...

Everybody started mixing up the ice!

Everybody started mixing up the ice!

And viola!

And viola!

When everybody finally filled up their stomach, we started hunting for fans. The guys have got a few, but continued hunting for the others. It seemed as if we were stealing, that even a stall owner turned back and said “Itu saya punya” to (somebody). Gosh!  After that, we captured some group photos and went back to school.

On the way back, we jammed up some tunes, and sang birthday song to a birthday guy. The guy proposed to her girl. Woo. How sweet.

That’s all(Way too long?). Bye. (:
